Just like the name suggests, 'Awaken' has a way to awaken any space up. Pair the rug up with darker floors or Instead of anything it should be ‘any’ shade that is contrasting to make it pop. Hand-tufted in wool, the geometric blue designs on the ivory base are quite modern and versatile.
- Light Vacuum clean regularly. Avoid using beater brush on these rugs.
- Remove spills immediately. Blot any liquid with a clean cloth or a paper napkin.
- Please do not pull loose ends if any, trim with scissors.
- Please keep away from sharp objects, hot surfaces, open fire places and excess moisture.
- Please do not soak the rug in any form of liquid.
- For initial weeks, shedding of material fibre may be observed. This is normal, and will reduce with time & usage.
- Colours may fade slightly when placed in areas of direct sunlight. In this case, it is advisable to periodically rotate your rug to ensure this process is even.
Make sure the rug is clean and dry before storing. Store in a ventilated, dry area. Do NOT fold, roll the rug with pattern side in-wards.
We offer a free 3-5 day delivery service for all order in the UK. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Gloucestershire and delivered to your door. For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail for smaller items and Parcelforce or DPD for larger items. For International orders we mainly use Parcelforce, but may use other couriers if they are more competitive for your location.

We deliver Worldwide. International delivery varies in price by destination and size of product. For an accurate price please add your product to the cart and a price will be shown at checkout.
If our couriers cannot deliver the item because no-one is home to receive the order, they will leave a card, and attempt delivery on another two occasions. After this point, you will need to call your local depot to arrange a more convenient delivery date. If the courier receives no contact from you after a period of approximately 5 working days, they will return the package to us. This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred for redelivery.
Please note: compensation can NOT be offered in any circumstance if a delivery has not arrived on time, and it can NOT be offered for any persons who have taken the day off work in order to receive the item.
We advise that customers who foresee difficulty in obtaining their item at a home address should state a different delivery address at checkout. If a delivery address needs to be changed after the checkout procedure, please call us and we will get this changed for you, however this may affect the speed of delivery.
Our Next Day Delivery Service
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be sent out same day, for next day delivery.
Orders placed after 2pm or on a non working day, will be sent out next working day for delivery the day after
Please make allowances for Christmas, Bank Holidays etc.
Due to the fact we do not offer Sunday or Bank holiday delivery options, it is essential you use a delivery address where there will be someone to take delivery of the item as in most cases a signature is normally required upon receipt. They will not normally telephone our customers prior to departure. All deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 9.00am - 6.00pm. They will not leave deliveries in the shed/porch/back garden, unless the instructions have been pre arranged through Watching Clocks. When you go through the checkout there is an option for you to add comments about delivery. If you are at work most of the time we would advise you have the goods delivered to your place of work or perhaps a neighbour or friend would take deliveries on your behalf.
